After 2 yrs. i am back here again with my family, my best friend, cousins and few relatives. I love the beach and during my birthday, i always pick beaches as venue. Now lemme show you the *Pebble Beach* in Mabua.
"Absence of sands, Presence of stones"
"a kilometer-long stretch of smooth, multi-sized pebbles that serve as the shoreline of the beautiful Mabua Pebble Beach. The shore is laid with nipa huts and cottages while the coconut trees lining the hills give a natural, tropical backdrop and a true feeling of paradise. Its clear, calm and cool waters is constant come-on for swimming. windsurfing and jetskiing. Strolling with friends along the shoreline is best done during the late afternoon when the sun sets, as Mabua Pebble Beach is a good place to experience the beauty of sundown.
The Waters... ^0^ u will enjoy the pebbles but still, u need to be careful, u might slipped!

To see a Butterfly on the beach is really weird for me , well because i don't see them a lot, and if i do, only those small ones out of nowhere.
While i was sitting on the pebbles and watching them swimming and enjoying the waters, kim shouted that there's a butterfly on top of Gladz's head. I quickly ran to the waters trying to see it and my sis was so alarmed and trying to get rid of that butterfly on her head, it fell to the waters. Well, i thought it's going to die, but when i tried to get near , it flew away. I saw it landed on another empty cottage~ luckily, when i checked, it's still there. Here it is ~
For any regular reader of my blog it is well known that climbing, especially alpine climbing, is a passion of mine. I recently spent three nights representing the American Alpine Club in the Denver area. The event was a climbing video and presentation that three The North Face athletes were presenting. One of those climbers is Conrad Anker. He is a top alpinist and an all around great guy. I have read his books, followed his climbs and gone to his presentations. I met his partners Jimmy Chin and Renan Ozturk also. Jimmy is an amazing photographer while Renan is an artist--video, photo or drawing. These guys spent some serious climbing karma in the Indian Himalaya on 22,000-foot Mount Meru last year. For any non-climbers consider this analogy--you are sitting around a table BSing with Tiger Woods and the other top golfers. And best of all they are great guys with no elitist attitude.
Here's a short video of them climbing in Eldorado State Park last week. I should of called in sick to work...
Thanks Dad!

This is it, here I stand
I’m the light of the world, I feel grand
Got this love I can feel
And I know yes for sure it is real
And it feels as though I’ve seen your face a thousand times
And you said you really know me too yourself
And I know that you have got addicted with your eyes
But you say you gonna live it for yourself.
I never heard a single word about you
Falling in love wasn’t my plan
I never thought that I would be your lover
C’mon baby, just understand
This is it, I can say,
I’m the light of the world, run away
We can feel, this is real
Every time I’m in love that I feel
And I feel as though I’ve known you since 1,000 years
And you tell me that you’ve seen my face before.
And you said to me you don’t wnat me hanging round
Many times, wanna do it here before
I never heard a single word about you
Falling in love wasn’t my plan
I never thught that I would be your lover
C’mon baby, just understand
This is it, I can feel
I’m the light of the world, this is real
Feel my song, we can say
And I tell you I feel that way...

From Tropical Storm Ketsana to Typhoon Parma then Typhoon Melor, the earthquakes, the bombings and Killings. I think our world now is overly punched with these calamities. For all those people affected by the said calamities , who lost their loved one and their homes. I know starting over may not be that easy and it will take a lifetime to forget , but we juz have to be thankful for another life given to us. Through all these pains, you are not alone. And for all those who sacrificed and have helped for the relief operations *thank U*
Eversince I was 7, i always love this song, and until now this has remain on my list of *super favorites* that no matter how many times a day or even if it's played all the time , my ears won't get tired.
*In memory of Michael Jackson (1958-2009)*

Just like Sofia and MorningBerryz, *thank U, Girls*
Let's support the Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Do Ur Part ^_^ and Think Pink !
The Philippines has now been ranked as number one in Southeast Asia for the most number of breast cancer cases. Globally, the country is ranked at number 9.
These are only some of the most pressing reasons why Minda’s Buddies, ICan Serve, Venture Club of Baguio, Philippine College of Surgeons Cordillera Chapter and other breast cancer awareness advocates are pressing for more information on the dreaded disease.
~SpongeBob goes PINK to support BCAM~
SpongeBob PinkPants Philippines was formally launched at the SM Megamall Atrium in Ortigas Center on 04 October 2009. SpongeBob traded in his famous YellowPants for PinkPants in a worldwide campaign to support the Breast Cancer Awareness Month of October.
Furthermore, Nickelodeon Philippines has teamed up with the ICANSERVE Foundation wherein an exclusive range of limited edition SpongeBob PinkPants merchandise such as shirts, pillows and tote bags, will be available at the SM Malls from 01 – 31 October 2009. A part of the proceeds will benefit Filipina breast cancer patients.

~ Be Aware! ~
Life is 10% of what happens to you, and 90% of how you respond to it. Even if you do things the right way, some would still be unsatisfied. Some will not appreciate what you say and what you do, and there would always be people who would let you down, too. But for as long as you speak honestly from the heart, you'll b fine.
This is not a perfect world. This is not a perfect life.
Life is almost always UNFAIR.
But life loves the person who dares to live it!

I was in Europe for a last minute, unplanned, trip to backpack around with my brother, Tim, who recently ended his six month assignment in Sri Lanka with Doctors without Borders(MSF). He is employed by MSF-Holland so a visit to Europe was required after he left Asia. Also required, after six months in a war zone, was some R&R.
I joined him for a quick po-po platter sampling of three European cities--Amsterdam (first quiz), Cologne, Germany (2nd) and the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg (final).
We toured castles and visited museums while traveling by train, tram, bike and bus. Our time in each destination was short but we still found time to explore each area on foot during our daily morning runs and by local transport.
In reviewing my notes much of our time was spent sampling the local cuisine with the appropriate regional wine or beer selection. Yes we ate very well from the local street vendors offering regional snacks (picture of herring in Amsterdam) to the six course meals that stretched for hours. These meals were often a cultural experience beyond the food and drink as we watched the ebb and flow of the locals going about their day. Being late September the tourists were long gone so the vibe was more relaxed which made for great people watching. One take away, of the many, is the quality of Luxemburg wines. I have never seen Luxemburg wines in the USA which is a shame as they can stand up with the better known wines that are imported from Europe. If you find any in your local wine shop do not hesitate to give them a try.
For an area of the globe I always thought I'd save till my less adventurous (read: older) years I highly encourage you to visit sooner than later if you get the chance.
